1. About ConstruWeb

ConstruWeb is a construction discovery and directory platform operated by David Rivera, a sole proprietor. It connects homeowners in Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) with construction contractors, trades, and renovation companies. Homeowners can browse, search, and contact contractors through public company profiles.

Contractors may purchase a paid ConstruWeb subscription (Listing, Pro, or Growth) to create and publish a company profile on the platform. ConstruWeb is not a contractor, construction company, or party to any agreement between a homeowner and a contractor.

2. Subscription and billing terms

ConstruWeb subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in Canadian dollars (CAD) through Stripe. Subscription fees are charged automatically at the start of each billing period.

Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You can cancel anytime through your ConstruWeb contractor dashboard or the Stripe billing portal. Cancelling stops future charges, but your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid billing period.

3. Refund policy

No refunds — subscriptions can be cancelled anytime and remain active until the end of the current paid billing period. We do not issue refunds for partial billing periods or unused time.

4. Account and content responsibilities

Contractors are solely responsible for the accuracy of their company listing, including business name, contact information, service areas, trade categories, descriptions, photos, videos, social links, and any other content published on their profile.

You must have the right to upload and display any content you publish on ConstruWeb. Listings must not be misleading, infringing, or unlawful. ConstruWeb reserves the right to review, reject, suspend, or remove any profile that violates these terms or our listing policy.

5. Limitation of liability

ConstruWeb is a discovery and directory platform only. We do not perform, supervise, guarantee, or warranty any contractor's work, nor are we responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or outcome of any construction or renovation project. Any disputes between homeowners and contractors are solely between those parties.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, David Rivera, ConstruWeb, and its operator will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or any services arranged through it.

6. Account termination

ConstruWeb may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, misuse of the platform, or repeated failure to maintain accurate listing information. You may also close your account at any time by contacting construwebgroup@gmail.com.

7. Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of ConstruWeb will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
